Help choosing yeast

Can you guys assist?

There are not many strains in my area.

Im doing cabernet(60%), merlot(30%), sangiovese(10%) from grapes

I have to choose between Lalvin RC 212, ICV V1116 and Red Star montrachet yeast.

Which is best?

My vote is for the RC212.

RC 212 is supposedly a good yeast for reds.

I so far only used one kind of yeast (Red Star Premier Cuvee). Really curious how different yeast would make the wine taste like...

RC212 would be my bet as well. The perfect strain for reds.

EC-1118 would work nice, which is very very similar to Premier Cuvee.
