Hello im brian and just really getting into wine making. First batch made with fruit is working now. Its Blackberry. Always loved drinking wine now I want to make it. This area has lots of german heritage and im german on moms side. Love a good sweet wine and thats what im going for as thats what the oldtimers in the area make. Im irish on my dads side so drinking it is great also lol.
