Mosti Mondiale Green Apple Riesling

Quick question. My Green Apple Riesling came with a packet of Kristalblok, yet the instructions never mention adding it to the wine. At what point should I be adding it, if I need to at all?

Phelpsmeister, below is a link asking the exact same information on Georges forum. The second link is one the Wade had posted with a difficult pdf to read. I hope this helps you out as I never had heard of it. Ibglowin commented on it a bit so he may be able to give you some insight also.

Thanks! Apparently wine kits are like software these days! I guess I will start making it a standard practice to go download the instructions from the manufacturer for each kit I get!

This kit really came with this. The manufacturer says this is for stopping any excess acids usually only found in very high quality kits and I really really doubt this kit will drop any of this out but I guess if it came with it to follow the instructions.
