With the opening of a new LHBS at one of the biggest beer stores in NY, and they claim to be the worlds #1 place to buy beer online, another LHBS located in a very busy local garden center must be feeling the crunch...they are advertising a sale on 6 gallon ITALIAN carboys - $21.99!
I am soooooo buying a few!
I'm starting to use 6 gal for most of my Juice buckets since I've changed from buying them from the LHBS (we will officially call him "rip off Ralph") that I use to work at, to getting them directly from M&M in CT.
I never got the full 6 gal volume, the buckets had always started to ferment before I purchased them due to piss poor storage and crappy handling.
Now I get the full 6 gallons - therefor, I need more 6 gal carboys (that's the excuse I am going to give the wife when she points out that I have approx. 10-15 - 5 gal and 8 or 9 -6 gallon carboys).
You can never have enough...LOL
