Started this one this morning. This will give me the Malbec and Brunello fermenting. The Primitivo is bulk againg and the Syrah is here on deck. Here are the pics. They arent great since they are off my iPhone and that thing does not take the best of pictures.

The Grpae Skins that come with it. As you can see they are Merlot skins.

After the med toastoak and skins were added
The yeast is pitched!
SG was 1.095. Will stir it once a day and will leave it in the primary for 14 days to get all I can out of the skins.
