I will be getting a free refrigerator soon for my work shop/brew space, :db
will I need the power line thermometer to keep the temperature in the 60* range?

What do you plan on using it for? Why 60*?

Well 60* to 70* degree range to ferment inside the fridge since my ferment will be done in my shop. This should also allow me to use other yeasts and get a slower ferment. Upper 90* to low 100* is normal here for the summers.

well you will need a Johnson controler then

Outside of the yeast, I didn't think of keeping the chemicals in the fridge. Are there any caking problems when the chemicals are kept in the fridge?
