freezing apples and grapes

i was just given 3 5gallon buckets of good sized winesap apples and several pounds of concord grapes. i have no room to start another batch of anything. how do i need to prepare these for the freezer for a later date?

Slice the apples as if you'd feed them to kids..

Quarter the apple, cut the core & seeds off... Hit it with some lemon juice or Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) to keep the browning away, fill up some ziplock freezer bags and freeze them.. When you're ready, take them out, let them thaw and they should mash up real easy.. Measure your TA / SG, and off ya go..

I'd probably just pick the grapes off the stems and freeze them whole
