Hi guys!! I put some hard cider in a variable volume floating lid tank and now I am seeing a good amount of cider coming from the air lock.
Is this ok? Something I should adjust? I did set the lid pump to 1 barr.

Is it actively fermenting or is it done? If it's fermenting, you need to leave a considerable amount of head space between the liquid and the cover. Only when it's still can you put the lid down on top.
