First Time

After doing several kits I found that upon racking from the primary to secondary I always came up "short" and had to top off with a commercial wine. I just racked a 23 liter juice bucket to a 6 gallon carboy and I had more than enough to fill it up. Go Figure! Maybe the 6 gallon mark on my primary bucket is inaccurate. Time to go measure it.

I dont thnk its EXACTLY 6 gal in the bucket. Alot of buckets are filled almost to the top. remember, most comes in tanks or totes and get filled here in the US.
