Thought I got all my ingredients and guess what ?! I forgot sugar . Of all things. Can I put everything I to the bucket tonight and wait on sugar for tomorrow ?
 
everything but the yeast...dont add that....
check sg and start adding sugar to get to the sg you want to start at.
make sure the temp of the must is over 68 degrees., that will help kick start the ferment.
