Filtering Wines

Glenvall, if 3 is the finest filter that you can use on a minijet, then why doesn't everone use it? (Sorry for my ignorance, but it would make more sense to me to make it crystal-crystal clear than something a not the best.)

Uh...well some are worried that it might take out some color or flavor. The #3 is mostly for white wines, I have used them once, in a Gewurtztraminer. The #2 pads seem to do a good job without going further.
