Fermenting at 68-72° F

For the most part my house stays between 68-72° F ten months out of the year. When we go to bed, we set the thermostat at 68°. When we are awake it's set at 72°.

I'm wondering if this is a good temperature to ferment Dragon's Blood and it's derivatives. Or, should I consider a warming belt?

That will work just fine. My house stays between those exact temps. and I have no problem fermenting anything. Only time it is an issue is when I use Lalvin RC-212, then I have to use my heating pads.
 
If you are comfortable, yeast will be comfortable. We both (yeast and people) evolved in this climate and are used to it.
