Hello new to the forum and I have a question. I bought six bucket of wine juice last week. I put potassium metabisulfite in to stop the the fermentation and the next day added the yeast. I let them sit for five days giving them a slow stir everyday. Yesterday I transferred the juice from their buckets to glass carboys. I’ve noticed that five of them have gas bubbles coming up through the air locks and one doesn’t. Does this mean the fermentation has stopped or am I just worried about nothing.
