ELDERBERRY SECRETS

R.E.T. the wine shouild be fine as is, without cooking the berries. Tnere are hundreds of recipes for elderberry wine out there and a good share of them do not cook the elderberries. I have never cooked any of mine and they make a decent wine.

NO NORTHERN WINOS
I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE GREEN GOO.
CANT UNDER STAND WHY THEY DID.
