I have an empty carboy desparately needing used. We have decided to attempt a dry reisling. Looking on Georges site, the MM Renaissance Reisling and the RJS EP German Reisling appeal to us as they are both 0 sweetness level. Does anyone have a recommendation on either of these or other alternate suggestion? We definitely want a dry reisling.
 
I personally don't think you can go wrong with any of the Renaissance kits. Excellent bang for the buck and they are all on sale this month!
