So I started a dried elderberry wine yesterday and used the recipe that cjj berry recomends.. The problem is it seems to be taking a while to start fermenting fast.. I used Lalvin 1118 yeast and usually within 12 hrs its going real good.. Theres a possibility that there is gas leaking around air lock, and that why its not bubbling and will fix later.. The must itself is bubbling a little but like I said, I would think it would be more by now almost 24 hrs after pitching..
