i made a strawberry wine using lalvin k1-v116 andhas not aged very longhas a real good taste already. what differance would using red star montrachet had made?? t

Dry, full bodied reds and whites.
Try Red Star Cote des Blancs. Thats what I use in all my fruit wines.
