differance of 2 yeast

i made a strawberry wine using lalvin k1-v116 andhas not aged very longhas a real good taste already. what differance would using red star montrachet had made?? t

Montrachet;
A strong fermentor with good alcohol tolerance that is useful in producing Dry, FULL BODIES RED and WHITE WINES
Dry, full bodied reds and whites.
Try Red Star Cote des Blancs. Thats what I use in all my fruit wines.

Every yeast will impart it's own character on the wine. After a while you get a sense as to what goes well together.
