I went to the local mom and pop again today. First thing that hit me was the aroma of alcohol. I said to her, your store smells like alcohol today and smiled.
She got the sick look on her face and then admitted. I bottled some elderberry that had been aging for a while.
I thought being it had sit quite a while, it would be okay, so I sweetened it before bottling.
Two cases ended up going all over the place.
I don't feel too bad about having done it with a couple bottles a while back.

They recently went through all the headaches to be able to sell the wine they make.
I hope she hadn't had time to sell anyone some of this yet.
