The weather is hot! Sorry it took me so long to reply. There are times between posting on this forum and a M/C forum I don't keep up with my messages.
I'll get some photos ready and get them on soon. And thanks for the reply. I appreciate the info being I'm just learning thru my own mistakes. But at least I can drink what I make.

How is the weather down there ha ha . Can you post some pics? Wine ,grandsons ect. I have three grandchildren myself. Welcome to this great site, alot of good people here.
