Was wondering if I can start skeeterpee off in fermenting bin/ bucket and then transfer to 5 or 6 1 gallon demijohns?? As I Dont have carboys???

Sure, no problem. I would let it go dry in the bucket then transfer to your 1 gallon containers for clearing and finishing.

Thanks itching to have a go you see and there are no 1 gallon recipes ive still got to convert the measurements tho as I am in UK
