Notes- Stated 11-1-12 SG 1.086 then racked 11-13-12 SG .990. On day 42 I was going to rack then bulk age in carboy for 3 months. Directions say 1/4 PM if aging past 6 months. My questions is do I use the 1/4 PM or no? I will be bulk aging 3 months then bottle but I'm sure I will have most of the bottles past 6 months.

Yes K-metta helps keep oxidization form setting in. Also top up to make sure there is not too much head space.
