Ive attached a copy of my country wine recipe designer on the HomeBrewTalk site at the link:

http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f25/country-wine-recipe-designer-456071/

I produced it after looking at recipes from every country wine book I could find, and after fermenting 20 different fruit wines and trialling different blends to establish which seemed to "work" together. It forms a simple guide for making wines from fruit juices, fruit, veg, flowers, honey and herbs.

I have shown a step by step pictorial guide for how to make some fizzy wine following the guide, which can be found at:

I hope it comes in useful!

sorry, but i all ready have the best, its called dragon blood, and all you too is just change the fruit out....thanks...and I would never boil fruit.

I did read the entire article, You put a lot of work in it, very nicely done, and appreciate the effort and time it took to put it all together...
Good job...

I wouldn't boil the fruit either! Similarly I think that you do learn what ingredients you can swap / interchange always making good wines!
