Complete fermentation?

Hi Guys

My fermentation has been slowing down recently on my first kit. However, the bubbles are still passing through the airlock about once every 24/25 seconds.

However, a hydrometer reading has shown for three consecutive days at 0994.

Can I say that it has now definately finished fermenting as the bubbles thru the airlock could just be the trapped CO2 still coming out of the wine, right? :a1
 
Rack, sulfite degass and clear. What you are seeing is CO2 coming out of the wine.
 
Yup - I agree. If you are planning to backsweeten or add an f-pac - be sure to add sorbate in.
