hello, my current gallon batch that i made from frozen juice and sugar is about 2 weeks old, and bubbling along. however, it's quite muddy lookin', i'm wonderin' if i should have dissolved the sugar in hot water before i added the water to the juice, i simply dissolved the sugar in the juice and then added water to fill the jug to the proper level. the yeast was added to the mixture before i poured it into the jug, should i have added the yeast after filling the jug? it would have been harder to pour the yeast thru the neck of the jug. all help appreciated.

Patience Johnny patience. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was good wine.

Listen to what the man said :)

Your wine will start clearing once fermentation stops.
