HI all,





I'm looking at a recipe for cherry wine (Oregon fruit puree) that requires 1/4 tsp grape tannin. What, if any, is the diff between liquid or powder grape tannin (Geo. sells both & I need to order one or the other)? Is 1/4 tsp of each equal?
 
Aha, I found the answer. Should have read the details on the products in the catalog. 1/4 tsp of either does the same.
 
I'll be looking for a recipe too -- I've an opportunity to pick up some lapin cherries early next month (from Creston, B.C.) and will need a good cherry wine recipe! Thanks from both of us!
