Somewhere in the back of my memory I recall reading that one of the chemicals we normally use (nutrient, energizer,pectic enzyme,etc.) has a very limited shelf life. Since starting back up with my brewing, however, I can't recall which one it is.
Does anyone know if any of the common ingredients we would normally store has a limited life? I still have a number of chemicals from when I was brewing a few years back.
