Have any other members made this kit? I have been very satisfied with all the Winery Series kits I've made previously as they all turned out excellent wines. The Meritage I recently bottled was bulked aged for 6 months. The wine is not bad but it has what I consider a really shallow taste. With a big percentage of the wine being a cabernet, I thought it would have much more body. Do you think it just a factor of the wine still being too young?

I have this one in bottles.
Aged 6 months in bulk and 3 months in bottles so far.
Haven't tried any of the other Winery series nor do I do kits very often but ... I like this wine a lot has a ton of flavor if you ask me.
Has improved in the last 3 months and will over the next yr too.
