Getting a little burned out with juicing apples every morning.......So we took off this PM....went to a local farm pond and caught a few Sunnies...

Did you pan fry them in the back yard over that awesome fire pit? Those look more like Crappies to me which is in the Bass family!

We call these....Sun Fish....Blue Gills....or...Punkin Seeds...Crappies are a little bigger.


Froze these up....will pan fry them...Jim has plans for a fish fry out in the Campfire Café one of these evenings....

It was just nice being out on the pond wasting a few hours.

NW tried to hide them crappie on the bottom there by piling them bream on top of em, knowing I would drive that far for them.
