So I purchased my overpriced trash can (I mean 20 gallon fermentation bucket). Which I am totally excited about. It’s just a bit taller than my stir stick, but the must will not be. I am thinking maybe I should break it in with a 11 to 17 gallon batch of Dragon’s Blood.
Since it will need stirred every day, and it will probably be the only batch I have in primary. Does anyone see a reason why I should not just leave my stir stick in the bucket, and forgo sanitizing it every day?
