I think I mentioned elsewhere I was able to get 30 and a half bottles from this -- the half got what little wispy sediment was left. For those who haven't been following the "buttery chardonnay" thread, the "batonage" and "sur lies" is the process used to produce the fully bodied taste. This started out as an WE Australian Chardonnay kit. I'm very pleased.
