Tonight my muscadines ought to be thawed enough to start off the batch of "Mixed Marriage," a muscadine/European white wine I want to make. It'll be about a 13-gallon batch. That will clean up the last of my frozen backlog of grapes.
Tomorrow, I will pitch yeast into that wine and boil up some "Red-Headed Stepchild," my own Extra Special Bitter recipe.
Gonna get hot here soon, I want to be well-supplied for summer!
