Bulk aging under vacuum?

Been thinking about using a Vacvin stopper and my brake bleeder to pump the air out of a carboy while bulk aging. Any reason this wont work or problems it may present?

if you can get it to sustain vacuum for longer than 2 days, you'd be doing something most folks cannot do. You can do this for a week pumping it twice a day, then after that, I'd switch to good old airlock or one way silicone bung.

Always good advice from Dean. It is near impossible to hold a continuous vacuum especially with barometric changes happening and temp fluctuations.
