I just bottled my Island Mist Black Raspberry over the weekend. After tasting a sample I was very much pleased with it. After racking a few weeks ago, the sample was very sweet. Now it has a well-balanced taste. Next up is a gallon batch of Muscadine from 6# of fresh fruit I received from my father in law two weeks ago.
