Hi All:
Questions:
I have 5- 1 gallon jugs that I might be blendiingI have read that some
use a funnel to blend others say don't walk away from it.
If have the jugs open to blend and I am going to use a bottle to get the right mix how do I keep from getting air into the mix?
I like waldo's way of checking the acid ( by taste) but I have used the
strips and acid seems fine
Thanks for the help

I couldn't imagine that pouring wine, for blending through a funnel would be an issue. Though, if you really felt diligent you could use a tube to rack them into the new wine. Personally for such a quick blend I would just pour carefully.

Just make sure you blend in a separate container and in small amounts to make sure you like what you end up with. And most importantly, write it down each time that way you don't start to wonder if sample two was actually better than sample 98
