How in the world is primary fermentation done in 7 days? That for me has to be question number 1.

closely followed by: Full bodied South African Pinotage style red. Made from raisins, apple, figs, sloe, blueberries and cranberries. how in the world is that working?

I looked at the site and love the fact they say to put in the message area "dry country" and then have pictures of camels. Wonder who thats for. Not sure if I like the whole idea.

Think I'll avoid the dried crap.

Probably if anyone on this forum did this type of kit they won't admit it.
