Haven't made this yet...my honey wants to make it for St. Patrick's Day....got the fixin's for him today....

BAILEY'S CHEESECAKE...

COMBINE TOGETHER, PRESS INTO SPRING FORM PAN OR PIE PAN AND CHILL:
1 CUP COARSE CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER

BEAT TOGETHER:
1-15oz CARTON OF RICOTTA CHEESE
1 8oz PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE
ADD:
4 SLIGHTLY BEATEN EGGS
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM
1 tsp VANILLA
1/4 tsp SALT

POUR MIXTURE INTO CRUST. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 325* FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, OR UNTIL FIRM IN THE MIDDLE.
COOL BEFORE SERVING.....ENJOY!!!

Sure sounds good...might have to do a test run before St. Patrick's Day....

Yes, don't forget the pictures! You don't suppose, the baking would cook out the calories? I'm getting heavier just thinking about the taste!

Only going to make one pie...how much weight can that put on a person...the cheesecale will probably weigh over a pound...so...what would the feed conversion be????? One for one???? or a two-fer....?
