Baby Food

I just read on another forum about using Baby Food. I have 5 gallons of Pear that is finished, except for settling out and clearing up. The only way you would know it's Pear is if I told you what it is. Has very little flavor, a little but not enuf to tell what it is. What if I added a jar of Pear Baby Food to it. Seems like it would settle out and it may leave a little flavor, What say you?

I've heard sometimes back sweetening can bring out flavors. I would try to find some pear juice and back sweeten using just pear juice until I was satisfied with the taste. Baby food, it just doesn't sound like that would work well for you being that you need to flavor 5gal. Thats my take, I'm no expert.
