Mine tastes excellent.... I made the Oregon pinot as well as the British Columbia one, and am happy to say that the difference between the two is definitely perceptible. The Oregon is much more fruity than the BC.

Heather - Did you tweak either of your Pinots? I'm finally going to get the Oregon started after the holidays. And my BC is only just starting to be ready (but I plan to go easy on it so I have some to drink until this one is ready)!
