Apple Juice!

Finished steam-juicing 2 bushels of apples yesterday. Produced 20 quarts of excellent looking juice which is now canned and awaiting its turn.

It is that time of year Smoke. I have a five gal batch going now I intend to Sparkle NW style. A friend of mine saw it and brought a couple buckets full over to make him some. Steamers been going for a couple days!That juice taste pretty darn good doesnt it!

It certainly does!

I have started a plum with steamed juice and I have blackberry and cherry in the wings. The pears are frozen and will meet the steamer shortly.
