Amarone Kit Search Update

At this point, I seem to have decided on the Cru Select Platinum Amarone. I don't remember reading that the kit contains grape skins and i'm wondering if that'll ultimately matter to the taste and body of the finished product.

OR, should i go with the Cellar Craft Amarone?

The Cru Select Italian Amarone contains raisins but not grape skins. The En primeur contains grape skins and (I believe) raisins.
