I plan to make another batch of muscadine Friday. Break out the steam juicer...............

I have a Vinefera NobleCabernet Sauvignon and aVinefera NobleZinfandel both on day two of fermentation and the winery smell is excellent! I love the smells and sounds of fermentation.

Funny you should mention that Waldo.... We will have to collaborate/commisurate on this one. I am going to use the rest of my carlos to make this one if neccessary.
