Give the wine a shot of K-meta, rinse the stopper in k-meta solution, replace the airlock on the carboy, top off the airlock with fluid of choice, have a glass of wine, and relax.
I had this happen to me over the winter with a pinot grigio, only my toddler nephew pulled the airlock out. Wine was exposed for atleast 12 hours before I found it. I dosed with k-meta. Wine was bottled in late February. We have had a few bottles and it turned out great, no ill effects.
