I heated this t shirt in the drier for a few minutes on sanitize. The ferment is pretty aggressive and touched the shirt.
Should I worry about anything?

Nothing to worry about. We'll maybe the spouse anger at getting the t-shirt dirty.

It would not have been a problem even if you pulled the tee shirt from your college-aged-son's dirty laundry pile.
