Advice Needed

Hi-

The fence installer removed a part of the fence that wasn’t discussed. During this, he also cut the main cordon (ran the length of the fence).

I’m trying to get past that sinking feeling and grieving the loss of my old vine, and determining where to go from here.

Can the tree be saved?
Is it possible to return to the prior beauty? If so, how long will it take?
Should I just start over?

* Grapes are weeds, removing the cordon is bad in august , ,,, but should only put the plant back two years. 2024 your goal should be to regrow the cordon. 2025 you could do cropping again.
