Adding Tannin and Raisins to MLF

Is it a problem to add raisins and tannin to the secondary when it is also going thru MLF?

The bacteria ( or something else) could consume sugar from the raisins creating volatile acidity and the tannins could potentially inhibit or slow down mlf.
 
Never added Tannins during secondary.
I have added Raisins during secondary, did not have any ill effects!

But there are those who know more than me!
