Hi all, making a syrah merlot blend, racked to secondary added the chems and stabilizer, waited a week, tasted it today and wasn't quite what I was wanting so I added a blackberry blueberry fpack and 1 cup sugar syrup, now it's super cloudy. Seems like all the sediment is just suspended and not falling. Do I need to add some chitosan in a few days or leave it alone for a couple of weeks?
