I'm making elderberry wine and I miss read the recipe I added 2 tablespoons of acid blend and a cold for 5 teaspoons of us what should I do.
 
That might still be okay. You will need to see how it tastes after it has aged. I think you can use egg shells or whites to remove acid but I'm not home now.
 
Well you only added 1 teaspoon too many. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon.
