3rd try on worms

I have these little buggers eating my Muscadines. They curl the leaf up and sew it up with what looks like silk thread, then they eat away. The leaves turn dark green and sruvel up. The worm looks like a small army worm, he's a frisky little thing, he flips and jumps when you open the leaf up. I would like to know what he is and what will kill him. I sprayed the vines with liquid seven tonite, hope that get em.
