2011 Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon

Well I decided to open a bottle of last years wine since I have been good so far. It has good aromas, the legs formed on the sides its the glass are decent and overall, IMHO, the flavor is better than good for only being a year old. I look forward to trying in 3, 6, and 9 months out. I may have to purchase an aerator and try it through that as well.

I think I'll open a bottle of the Chianti later in the week.

I have yet to open a bottle of the Chianti, however I did have a bottle of this with dinner on Sunday evening. I bold flavor, good mouthfeel and body, oak is detectable but not over powering. This will probably turn out to be one of my favorites in 3-6 months. I'll have another bottle for Thanksgiving maybe.
