    All Time Favorite Christmas Movie

[Todd and Margo Chester, the Griswold's yuppie neighbors, appear] Todd: Hey Griswold. Where do you think you're gonna put a tree that big? Clark: Bend over and I'll show you. Todd: You've got a lot of nerve talking to me like that Griswold. Clark: I wasn't talking to you. :D

    Other Paklab Kits

IMHO, these kits are on par with most entry level wine kits. They are not great at reproducing true varietal flavors, but they do produce a decent table wines. It's all about expectations, just do not expect too much and I believe you will be happy.

    Other Paklab Kits

The Barolo came out just okay.. Had nice flavor, but was on the thin side.. In hindsight I should have either cut it down to a 5 gal batch or added bananas etc to increase body, or both.. I have had better results with the white wines, with the chardonnay being a staple in our household.. I also...

No, just 6 gal.. I do not top up until the clearing stage... No worry about headspace while you have active fermentation..

    Joke of the Day

An Atheist was taking a walk through the woods. What majestic trees! What powerful rivers! "What beautiful animals!" he said to himself. As he was walking alongside the river he heard a rustling in the bushes behind him. He turned to look. He saw a 7-foot grizzly charging towards...

    Crystal Light wine

I'd like someone else to try mixing these.. Get some Crystal Light iced tea (I used peach) and mix 50/50 with SP in a pint glass.. Mix it up good and let it sit for 1/2 hour or so.. Let me know if you have the same result with the suspended sediment forming (better wording this time) Problem is...

    Crystal Light wine

I've mixed unsweetened Skeeter Pee with Crystal Light Iced Tea on a per glass basis.. When I tried a larger batch (2 qts SP,2 qts Crystal light) it started to get wierd after about 45 minutes or so.. It appeared as though the tea was clumping into some sort of strange globular substance(for lack...

What have you used to sweeten Skeeter Pee ?

Cold like below freezing?? Not uncommon around here to get temp drops into the upper 30's lower 40's through end of June.. Do you think that would be okay? If I can find a Stevia plant locally, maybe I'll just try putting it in a seperate planter just in case... Edit.. Just realized Stevia is...

What have you used to sweeten Skeeter Pee ?

I've sweetened some SP with Stevia and it has come out pretty good.. Almost a hot black licorice type flavor but not in a bad way... I'll try the plant growing also.. Thanks for the heads up on that! My wife and I are getting ready to start an herb garden at home anyways..
